These are pieces created in art classes, independently, or in an extra-curricular Figure Drawing class I take.

While doing a virtual summer art class through the Contemporary Jewish Museum, I was introduced to Julia Goodman who uses recycled paper and wood carvings to create three dimensional images, among other works. I was inspired by her style and created these two carvings which I then filled with blended paper "pulp" made from recycled newspapers. Once dried, I painted them with gouache.
